Quick Fix — Tools For Your Destress Kit

This morning sitting here in front of my computer navigating and creating this new website after three hours of mild frustration (only three, only mild), I remembered that I have tools to deescalate rising anxiety, ameliorate it or actually stop it before it becomes overwhelming.

Step away from the computer.

I did.

Then from the archives of my own operating system. I remembered one thing:

Dance.
